Israel Museum #75-244:  Two adjacent handles have 2-winged LMLK stamps although no inscriptions are discernible.  A third handle has a Personal stamp (#673-14c in the lists on the Personal Seals page), & the fourth handle has no stamps.  Viewing from above with the blank handle in the 12:00 position, the LMLK handles would be at 3:00 & 6:00 with the personal seal at 9:00.  The estimated volume is 44.25 litres.  It was found in Lachish at Area GE, Locus 4014 (a storeroom behind the gatehouse).

From "Encyclopedia of Archaeological Excavations in the Holy Land vol. 3 (Ji-N)" by Michael Avi-Yonah, Ephraim Stern, & D. Ussishkin, distributed by The Israel Exploration Society:

Note:  Photos of this jar also appear in: From BASOR 223 & "The Renewed Archaeological Excavations at Lachish (1973-1994) Volume IV" by David Ussishkin (RAEL #409-73):
