Description by Michael Welch:  #1 One-third to one-half jar handle with some encrustations and chips.  Pottery color is brownish pink.  Bears a H4C type impression.  The handle was broken in antiquity and only the bottom half of the four-winged scarab remains.  Traces of the Heth and Nun and possibly part of the head of the Beth remain out of HBRN.  There may be a Lamed remaining at the top of the lower right wing, which would mean this impression was double stamped.
