Description by Michael Welch:  #13 One half to two-thirds handle with a small amount of jar pottery remaining on the bottom.  Jar pottery shows potter's wheelmarks on the bottom.  Pottery color is brownish with white grits throughout, a black core, and brick-red color shows where the pottery has been recently chipped.  Out of LMLK on the top, most of both Lameds remain, a trace of the Mem and some of the Kaph also remain.  Out of HBRN on the bottom, a trace of the head of the Beth remains.  Bears a H2D type impression.  The two-winged emblem is complete; a trace of the circle and a ray of the sun on the bottom remains.  More would have shown, but it was chipped out somehow in modernity.
