Description by Michael Welch:  #70 Full jar handle with a small piece of jar pottery remaining connected to the bottom. Pottery color is pinkish red-brick with white and gray grits throughout and some encrustation on the bottom. Bears probably a type S2DW impression. On one side of the handle's edge at the half-way mark is a fingernail impression. On the inside of the jar pottery piece are some finger impressions and wheelmarks made by the potter. Out of LMLK on the top, part of the Mem and Kaph remain, along with a small trace of the second Lamed. On the bottom out of SUKE, a small trace of the Waw, the head of the Kaph, and most of the He remain. Around one-half of the two-winged sun disc emblem remains. An old black ink # 15 from a previous collection remains on the bottom.
