Description by Michael Welch:  #72 Full handle with a small amount of jar pottery still attached. Pottery color is brownish gray with white grits throughout. Pottery is heavily encrusted. The underside of the jar pottery probably retains some of the potter's wheelmarks. There is one finger impression at the outside base of the handle, which was probably caused by the potter. There is a large deformed place on the outside middle of the handle, along with some fingerprint smudges and fingernail impressions. These were all probably made by the Royal Official doing the sealing. Bears a type M2U impression. Out of LMLK on the top, part of the Mem and all of the second Lamed and the Kaph remain. Out of MMST on the bottom, a trace of the first Mem remains, all of the second Mem, the Shin, and most of the Tau remain. About one-half of the two-winged sun disc remains, with traces of the three bottom rays of the sun remaining on the bottom.
