Description by Michael Welch:  #99 Three-fourths jar handle with a very tiny amount of pottery remaining on the bottom. Pottery color is brownish pretty much throughout with mostly grayish black grits and a few white grits throughout. Bears an H2U impression. Out of LMLK on the top, most of the initial Lamed remains; a slight trace of the Mem remains and most of the second Lamed and Kaph remain howbeit smudged. Out of HBRN on the bottom, a trace of the Heth remains; most of the tops of the Beth, Resh, and Nun remain. Out of the two-winged sun disc emblem about one-half remains. There are two pinched and deformed areas on the middle of the handle, perhaps caused by the Royal Official doing the stamping. There are wet smoothing marks around the seal and on the two-winged sun disc. There is a tiny air hole near the top of the handle and a few chalk deposits here and there.
