This is a very rare impression not fully published.  These photos were probably from a televised press conference originally, but the copies below were derived from http://www.hebron.org.il/telrumeida/dig5.htm (which is no longer available) to publicize the excavations conducted by archeologist, Emanuel Eisenberg on behalf of the Israel Antiquities Authority.   The stamp is probably from an H2T seal; however the lo-res photo may be inverted, so it's shown below in both its ad-hoc form & a mirrored version:
